We will visit a 1920's canned fish factory factory, meet local fisherman and understand where most of the fish and seafood in porto comes from ; we will also go to the Fish Market pick out Fresh fish & seafood and bring them to be cooked at a local restaurante. Hence understanding the whole process from sea to table.
