While in Paris over the end-of-year holidays, why not treat your taste buds with this unique opportunity to make a delicious, French-style Christmas meal, under the expert guidance of one of a professional chef? With creative festive recipes that combine healthy, local fresh seasonal ingredients, you'll discover a starter, main dish and dessert that are part of France's Christmas traditions and culinary heritage.You'll begin the class bright and early meeting your chef and going together to the nearby local market. Here, your chef will share with you their knowledge of French ingredients, and you'll pick up everything you need to make the perfect Christmas meal.You'll then return together to the chef's apartment where you'll get to work preparing the three dishes; as the class is limited to 8 people, this guarantees a real hands-on cooking class for all involved. No previous cooking skills are needed, as you will be coached through every step. Finally, at the end of the class, you'll be able to sit down and delight in the festive three-course meal that you've prepared, along with French wine. Your chef will also share with you the recipes of everything you prepared, so that you can make these festive dishes back home!
