- Due to the various events taking place at Santiago Bernabéu Stadium, the Bernabéu Tour route and schedules may vary.
- From 12:00 noon on the day before a match until the stadium reopens the day after, the tour will include only the Museum and the panoramic view of the stadium. Dressing rooms and benches will remain closed.
- Tickets are valid only for the date (and time) indicated on them.
- Wheelchair users: please note that the full Bernabéu Tour cannot be completed.
- The tour includes numerous stairways, so it is not recommended to bring suitcases or baby strollers.
