Hello ..... you will start preparing pasta for tortelli, and classic tiramisu or limoncello or nutella or ... surprise. We'll make a stop where I offer you a light white wine with a small local appetizer. We will resume our work to finish the naked, the tortelli ....All at the time of tasting your work will be accompanied by a good wine .... for any allergy please communicate it.

You will learn and discover the Tuscan tradition, of 2 classic first courses i'gnudi and tortelli mugellani, which you can replicate when you return home.You will live a unique experience, immersing yourself in my home. I will follow you through every single step and at the end we will taste together what we have produced. We will conclude with a classic Italian dessert.The menu is vegetarian...so you can come too
