Ozkonak Underground City: This ancient subterranean megalopolis is known for the hot oil traps that were installed above each of its entrances.
Church of St. Jean: There are rooms for the priests, a cellar and graves in the ground floor. A short tunnel leads to a dorm. The depictions on the wall are of non-human figures such as animals and geometric figures. The upper floor had been added to the original building. The upper floor has a rich collection of human figures.
The most famous historical feature of Avanos, which is still relevant and very visible today, is its production of earthenware pottery.
Ortahisar Kalesi: The entire town is dominated by the 90-metre-high rock-castle in the centre of the town, aside from the rock-cut buildings in the centre of the town, Ortahisar is characterised by a series of simply constructed structures.

Your day starts with Özkonak underground city, Özkonak Underground City is an ancient city built into the northern slopes of Mt. Idis about 14 km northeast of Avanos in Nevşehir Province.

After Özkonak underground city you will step by St Jhon Cruch, located at Gülşehir. The Saint John's Church is a historical rock-carved church in Cappadocia , one of the best preserved fresco’s in the region.
After the Saint John's Church, you will step at Avanos region for lunch and you will discover the real beauties of Cappadocia . Pottery and Rugs of Cappadocia.

Th last stop will be Ortahisar village to watch the beauty of Amazing Ortahisar Castle. Ortahisar is famous for its friendly inhabitants, picturesque stone houses, narrow streets and lovely churches as well as the castle-like rock formation after which the town is name.
